Westphalia voters who want a ballot delivered by mail or fax for Maryland’s Nov. 3 general election face a Tuesday, Oct. 27, request deadline. Requests must be received by election officials, not simply mailed by that date, according to the Maryland State Board of Elections.

Voters requesting a ballot delivered electronically to print at home have until Friday, Oct. 30. Those ballots must be printed and returned physically, along with the signed oath; completed ballots cannot be returned online, by email or by fax. Mail-in voting instructions.

Early voting continues through Thursday, Oct. 29, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Prince George’s County residents may use any early voting center in the county. Eligible residents who have not registered can register and vote there with proof of residence, such as an MVA-issued license or a utility bill showing their name and address. Early voting information.

Nearby early voting options include:

  • Suitland Community Park School Center: 5600 Regency Lane, Forestville, MD 20747.
  • Upper Marlboro Community Center: 5400 Marlboro Race Track Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.

Both appear on the state’s 2026 general election early voting center list. The most convenient site will depend on where residents live and their travel route.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3, with polls open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voters should check their assigned Election Day polling place using the state’s voter lookup tool.

Completed mail-in ballots returned by drop box or hand delivery are due by 8 p.m. Nov. 3. Ballots returned through the mail must be postmarked on or before Election Day. The state recommends returning completed ballots promptly. Ballot return instructions.

Nearby official ballot drop boxes include:

  • Suitland Community Park School Center: 5600 Regency Lane, Forestville, MD 20747.
